Corinna Coffin
Corinna is a Registered Dietitian and fitness enthusiast with a strong passion for helping others lead healthier, happier lives through nutrition and lifestyle practices.

A Virginia native, Corinna attended Virginia Tech for undergraduate school where she received dual degrees in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise as well as Spanish. During her time there, she competed on the university's club lacrosse and triathlon teams, as well as discovered CrossFit and obstacle course racing (OCR).

In 2014, Corinna placed second at the Spartan Race World Championship in Killington, Vermont—four months after her first competitive OCR—and signed her first pro-team contract shortly thereafter. She spent the next 2.5 years (including her final semester of school) racing professionally, travelling the continent for competitions. Since then, Corinna has placed first and second respectively at the 2017 and 2018 Tough Mudder X Championships, become the last female reigning champ on Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge, competed on teams at the 2017 and 2018 CrossFit Regionals and at the 2018 CrossFit Games, and is the overall 2019 Spartan Stadion Series female champ.

Corinna attributes much of her athletic success to her focus on nutrition for both performance and health. She recently completed her master's degree in sports nutrition at the University of Utah and currently resides in Salt Lake City. Corinna is excited to work with others who share the same passion for obstacle course racing and self-improvement. From Beast to Sprint/Stadion courses and everything in between, Corinna has excelled at all distances and is dedicated to helping you adopt the right nutrition to support your lifestyle and goals.
