35sec rest (pop feet off to the side)

Continue repeating for a total 30min
Finish with 30min cycle at zone 3 effort and make sure you start the cycle immediately after completing intervals above.
Air Bike x 30cal at max effort
Farmer’s carry x 1min for max distance
Rest x 2min
Continue repeating dropping down to 25/20/15/10 for remaining 4 rounds.
Pull-up to hand position change x 20 to static hold until reaching 30sec
