Run x 5min at easy zone 2 effort
The session:
15% incline x 30sec at strong zone 4 effort
30sec rest (pop feet off to the side)
This completes 1 round
Continue repeating for a total 30min
Finish with 15% incline x 15min run at zone 2 effort. *This will be a brisk walk for most.
Finisher:
Barbell Thruster x 45sec
Wall ball x 45sec
Heavy farmer’s carry – dead lift & carry 20m (10m down & back) x 3 (60m)
Pull-up to hand position change x 20 to static hold until reaching 45
Rest x 45sec
Continue repeating for a total of 6 rounds.
