Run x 5min at easy zone 2 effort

The session:
Run x 2min at strong zone 4 effort
Burpee broad jump x 12 for max distance
Run x 2min at easy zone 2 effort
Burpee broad jump x 12 for max distance
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total 7 rounds.

Finish with 10min run at zone 2 effort.

Finisher:
Start timer
Burpee to Pull-up every 10sec for a total 5min
After last pull-up complete hand position change reps x 24 to static hang x 20sec
Farmer’s carry box step-up x 30sec
Continue repeating dropping burpee to pull-up time down to 4/3/2/1min for remaining 4 rounds.
