Warm-up run x 5min at easy zone 2 effort

Start timer
400m run
Rest until timer hits 2:30min
Continue repeating until you’re completed 7 400m runs
During the rest log time to complete 400m run
Score = average time to complete 400m runs.

Finish w/10min at zone 2 effort

Heavy farmer’s carry x 2min for max duration
Single arm dumbbell ground to overhead x 20 (switching hands each rep)
Continue repeating dropping down to 90sec/16, 60sec/12, 30sec/8
