The Yancy Camp Tire-Trainer is a convenient, effective, and inexpensive tire drag system that provides a very smooth pull for the user. Benefits include improved running mechanics (preventing over stride and promoting forefoot/midfoot strike), improved lower body and core strength, a highly effective way to log aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, and a low impact way to log long duration aerobic conditioning workouts (walking, zone 2, and zone 3 heart rate tire drag)

Contains:

• Custom colored waist belt. It comes standard with loops that allow you to carry your phone or attach a small pouch. It also has reflective tape for safety. There are also adjustable pads to allow for a more comfortable pull.
• Rope/bungee (colored to match the belt and Velcro)
• Designed to allow for a more comfortable pull by reducing bounce
• D-Ring Tire anchor system
