Yancy Camp Workout 900

Yancy’s Daily Dose of Awesome – 118 (laser focus on being present)


Phase 1:
Warm-up x 2 rounds – Warm-Up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
Finish warm-up with barefoot C pace run x 3min
*Always start phase 2 the moment you finish your running warm-up. Don’t let your HR fully recover.

Phase 2:
In honor of our 900th Yancy Camp Workout, I have created something wonderfully challenging in a love/hate kind of way.  900 workouts and  I have truly enjoyed programming each and every one.  Many of you have been with me since we first launched and I truly appreciate you support and trusting me with your online coaching needs.  Much love everyone – Coach Yancy

900m (.56 miles) run
Mountain climbers x 50 (25 each leg) – Exercise Demo
Bar hand position change x 50 (use a strength band for assistance if necessary) – Exercise Demo
Elbow plank w/side to side hip roll x 50 (25 each side) – Exercise Demo
900m (.56 miles) run
Rope or towel assisted pull-up x 50 – Exercise Demo
Side to side squat jump x 50 (25 each side) – Exercise Demo
Fwd & bwd bear crawl x 50m (5m fwd followed by 5m back x 5)
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 3 rounds.
*Each round you complete 300m reps/meters with the exercises – in 3 rounds you will reach 900 reps/meters & we will have covered 900m of running, run/walk, or walking x 6
