Yancy Camp Workout 378
378 is going to seem somewhat simple but there’s great purpose in the simplistic design. This off season we’re going to work hard on taking our grip and pull strength endurance to a whole new level. We had so many on the Yancy Camp team accomplish a lot in the area of wiping out obstacle failure due to improved grip and pull strength and I promise you we’re going to continue improving in this area. Stay consistent with the workouts this off season and I’m confident you’ll be happy with the results.
