Yancy Camp Workout 320

This is definitely a workout that can be scaled down and/or spread out over several days if needed.

10min low end aerobic training zone effort run

400 Burp Challenge
*If you’ve never done it before, access the “Log Challenge Results” tab on your Yancy Camp page after logging in and you’ll see the details for this challenge. You can also log your results once you finish. Enjoy and be ready to abuse your Yancy voodoo doll when finished 🙂

Finish w/10min low end aerobic training zone effort run

2nd phase:
15% incline x 45min at tempo effort.
*This 45min can be completed outside on the trails or road.
*Also, if you have a treadmill that goes up to 30%, move back and forth between 15% & 30% every 5min.

*Aerobic training zone effort is appx 70-80% of max HR
*Tempo effort is appx 80-90% of max HR

3rd phase:
Sandbell rows x 20 (4th exercise in the sandbell video)
Pull-ups x 2 to hand position change x 10 to 20sec hang
Hand gripper reps x 10sec each hand for max reps
Rest x 60sec
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 10 rounds.
