Yancy Camp Workout 300
I’ve been waiting for this one for awhile. As many of you may have already seen, I recently posted our Yancy Camp 300 Workout as a way to celebrate our 300th workout since I launched Yancy Camp almost 2 years ago. You can check out all the challenge details on the homepage of the website. You’ll also see how to load your results. Unlike most of our other challenges and tests, this challenge is open to the public.

Run x 8min at low end aerobic training zone effort
Run x 4min at high end aerobic training zone effort
Run x 7min at low end
Run x 3.5min at high end
Run x 6min at low end
Run x 3min at high end
Run x 5min at low end
Run x 2.5min at high end
Run x 4min at low end
Run x 2min at high end
Run x 3min at low end
Run x 1.5min at high end
Run x 2min at low end
Run x 1min at high end.
*This can be modified and completed on the treadmill at incline, cycling, stairclimber, arc trainer, ski erg, rower, or a combination of two of these.
*Aerobic training zone effort is 70-80% of max HR (stay in the low 70’s for the low end work and high 70’s-80 for the high end work).
