The Five OCR Trials are:
Trial # 1: 2 Mile or 3200 meter Run
Trial # 2: Max Burpees in 5 minutes
Trial # 3: Max Distance in 15 minutes at 15% incline
Trial # 4: Max Pullups (No Kipping!)
Trial # 5: YC 10-100 Grip and Pull
