446 is pretty straight forward. Make sure you stay true to the running efforts. Of course your pace may slow as the workout progresses (100% fine). Try to make sure the aerobic effort doesn’t turn in to a struggling shuffle job. Enjoy!

Run x 1min above lactate threshold
Pull-ups, assisted pull-ups, or lat pulldowns x 10
Run x 2min at aerobic effort
Run x 1min above lactate threshold
Weighted lunges x 20
Run x 2min at aerobic effort
Run x 1min above lactate threshold
Thrusters x 10
Run x 4min at aerobic effort
Run x 2min above lactate threshold
Pull-ups, assisted pull-ups, or lat pulldowns x 10
Run x 4min at aerobic effort
Run x 2min above lactate threshold
