Run or 15% incline x 10min at aerobic effort
Weighted squats x 10
Plyo clap push-ups x 10
Ball slams x 10 (thrusters for modification)
Power cleans x 10
Pull-ups x 10

This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating but drop run/climb time and reps down to 9/8/7/6/5 for the following 5 rounds.

*If you’re indoor and on the treadmill, you can go back and forth from flat to incline. If you have access treadmill that goes above 15%, you can go back and forth between flat to greater than 15% incline.
*For this session, I want you sticking with aerobic effort during the run/climb portions but you can crank up to 95%+ for the exercise stations and make sure you tie everything together without breaks. Enjoy!
