Yancy Camp Workout 426

Tonight I spent appx 90min listening to a 95 year old lady talk about her life and all the amazing journeys she’s been on. During her talk I kept realizing how positive and thankful she was about everything she talked about. How thankful she was for the room of people listening to her. Her smile, love for life, fitness, healthy food, her friends, and experiences was infectious. For the past 3 days I’ve been coaching people 15-20+ years my senior and it has been absolutely amazing. There has been so much wisdom shared and I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing life with these people. I’m going to miss every single one of these people and their joy for life, sharing, and serving others. I’m challenging you to let life slow down a bit every now and then and enjoy every opportunity you have to communicate with people. Much love – Yancy

Workout 426:

Run x 40min at aerobic effort

Exercise x 30sec at 95+% effort followed by 30sec rest:
Burpees
Thrusters
Dumbbell snatch (switching hands each rep)
Broad jump
Weighted step-ups
Push-ups
Row x 500m at aerobic effort (you can replace with ski erg or assault bike if needed) – if row, ski erg, or bike aren’t an option, you can replace with running.
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 3 rounds.
