Phase 1:
Warm-Up Routine x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 3min – Instructional Demo
Finish warm-up with 3min barefoot run at C pace effort

Phase 2:
We’re going with another week with this session being running only.  This week we’re adding 30sec to the zone 2 & zone 4 efforts.  I’ve had several reach out saying they have enjoyed feeling fresh and fast with the short lay off compromised running.  Enjoy my friend!

Run x 90sec at easy zone 2 effort
Run x 90sec at zone 4 above lactate threshold effort
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total 10 rounds.
*If you have access to an incline treadmill, I want rounds 4-8 to be at 15% incline.

Finish with 10min zone 2 effort run. Crank this up to 30min if training for a Beast distance or longer.
