Phase 1:
Warm-Up Routine x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 3min – Instructional Demo
Finish warm-up with 3min barefoot run at C pace effort

Phase 2:
We’re going to stick with running only for one more week with this session.  This will give you back to back weeks where one of your 3 sessions had no OCR specific strength training.  Just you feeling fresh and fast during your run.  Enjoy!

Run x 1min at easy zone 2 effort
Run x 1min at zone 4 above lactate threshold effort
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total 15 rounds.
*If you have access to an incline treadmill, I want rounds 4-11 to be at 15% incline.

Finish with 10min zone 2 effort run. Crank this up to 20min if training for a Beast distance or longer.
