Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot
Phase 2
Here’s our OCR version of Murph.
Run x 1 mile
Box step-ups x 100 (24″ box for everyone) – Exercise Demo
Fwd & bwd bear crawl x 200m
Farmer’s carry x 300m (men 60lb each hand & women 40lb each hand)
Run x 1 mile
*You can easily scale this one down if needed by cutting down the reps/meters, or lowering the box height and farmer’s carry weight if needed.
Finish w/15min run at easy zone 2 effort – go right in to the 15min the moment you finish our OCR version of Murph.
