Treadmill at 20% incline x 75min at aerobic training zone pace. At every 5min mark – hand gripper or max reps x 60sec (equal reps each hand). Fight the urge to press the pace! Keep it comfortable aerobic training zone pace.
Sandbell box squats x 20, sandbell bent rows x 40, sandbell snatch & throw x 10
Continue repeating 18/36/9, 16/32/8, 14/28/7, 12/24/6, 10/20/5
*Aerobic training zone pace is 75-85% of max HR or if going by feel, comfortably fast
*If you don’t have a treadmill that inclines to 20%, you can use 15% incline.
