Yancy Camp Workout 73

Tire or sled drag x 30sec, 30sec rest, continue repeating for a total of 10 reps.
1 mile run at tempo pace.
Drag x 30sec, 45sec rest, continue repeating for a total of 10 reps.
1 mile run at tempo pace.
Drag x 30sec, 60sec rest, continue repeating for a total of 10 reps
1 mile run at tempo pace.
*During all rest periods – non stop hand gripper reps & make sure you divide the reps up equally between both hands
*Tempo pace is appx 85-90% of max HR, or if going by feel, comfortably fast but right on the verge of uncomfortable.
*Tire or sled weight should be light enough to allow you to run the entire time.
