Sled or tire drag x 60sec at tempo pace, rest x 60sec, continue repeating x 20 sets.
Finish w/20min tempo pace run.
*Tempo pace is appx 85-90% of max HR, or if going by feel, comfortably fast but right on the verge of uncomfortable.
Bonus workout:
Burpee x 2 to pull-up x 1 & static hang x 10sec. Continue repeating x 3min, rest x 1min. Continue repeating until you reach 18min.
