Yancy Camp Workout 51

Tempo pace run x 3min, sandbell bent rows x 30 (as seen on my recent Facebook posts), run x 3min, bwd bear crawl x 60sec (try to go continuously without stopping), run x 3min, farmer’s walk x 60sec, run x 3min, sandbell lunges x 30, run x 3min, sandbell snatch & throw x 30, run x 3min, bwd bear crawl x 60sec. This completes 1 round. Continue for a total of 3 rounds.
*A kettlebell or dumbbell can be used in place of the sandbell for bent rows (I prefer the sandbell though due to the added grip strength work). If you access Hyperwear through the YancyCamp.com website affiliate page and use the code provided, you’ll receive a discount.
*Two sandbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, or weight plates can be used for the farmer’s walk
*Tempo pace is appx 85-90% of max HR, or if going by feel, comfortably fast but right on the verge of uncomfortable.
*Try to tie everything together without breaks.

Bonus Workout:
Hand gripper back and forth for equal reps per hand x 90sec, farmer’s walk x 60sec, pull-up to failure, 10sec hang. This completes 1 round. Continue for a total of 5 rounds.
*I have the athletes complete this session 2-3 times a week and I recommend you do the same.
