Yancy Camp Workout 483

In most cases should we communicate with people in a gracious manner when we have something we’d like to say to them (in person or on social media). Something we feel they could benefit from? I believe the answer is yes! There’s so much we can say to people that would be taken well if we presented it a certain way. Sometimes we choose to say nothing at all, talk behind people’s back, or pass it on to the person in a hateful way. Short of someone trying to harm our families, there aren’t many situations out there where we need to communicate with someone in a hateful way. Can everything we say about someone be said in a way where we wouldn’t change a single word or our tone if they were standing right next to us? I believe it can! I’m 100% guilty of failing in these areas from time to time and it’s a constant work in progress.
I recently failed miserably in this area and I’ve felt a lot of regret every since. Thank you for being a sounding board for me to communicate with. It helps! Most of my pre workout communication is inspired by daily/weekly events that touch my heart and soul in some form or fashion. Much love – Yancy

Phase 1:
Run x 2min at low end aerobic effort
Lunges 16 (8 each leg)
Power lunge jumps x 8 (4 each)
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 25 rounds
*This can be completed outdoors on the road/trail/track or indoor on the treadmill at incline or flat

Phase 2:
Pull-ups x 10 to bar hang x 20sec
Thrusters x 10 to bar hang x 20sec
Burpees box jump-overs x 10 to bar hang x 20sec
Hand release push-ups x 10 to bar hang x 20sec
One arm dumbbell snatch x 10 to bar hang x 20sec
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds.
