Yancy Camp Workout 427

Today I want you to call someone in your life who’s upset you in some form or fashion. Someone you haven’t talked to in awhile because you’ve been upset with them. Let’s make it right today. Have forgiveness today. Forgiveness is one of the most uplifting things you can bring in to your life. It’s like dropping a bunch of weight off your shoulders. It’s very hard to do sometimes but today is the day you make it happen. Much love my friends – no go enjoy 427!

Phase 1:
Run x 15min at low end aerobic effort

Phase 2:
Run x 2min at aerobic effort
Sandbell or kettlebell row x 20
Push-ups x 10
Weighted step-ups (using same weight for rows) x 20
This completes 1 round of phase 2.
Continue repeating for a total of 6 rounds.
*Tie everything in Phase 2 together without break.

Phase 3:
Run x 15min at aerobic effort
