Do you know where most great ideas, visions, invention and patent ideas, business plans, collaboration ideas, end up???
They end up in the grave! My challenge for you as we get close to wrapping up the week is to take a smart but aggressive step toward reaching a vision you’ve had for awhile. That idea you’ve talked and thought about but never done anything serious to see it through. As long as you aren’t sacrificing your ability to provide for yourself and your family, I want you to start devoting a little piece of time and effort each day toward your vision/idea/plan. Workout 424:
Run x 8min at aerobic effort
Unbroken heavy carry x 2min on treadmill at 15% (can be completed outside)
Pull-ups x 2 to hip slaps x 4 to toe to bar x 6 to hand position changes x 8 to pull-up x 2 – try hard to go unbroken during this portion for every round!
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating but drop run time down to 7/6/5/4/3/2/1min for remaining 7 rounds. Enjoy!
*If you are able to complete the 2min heavy carries outside on a hill/mountain/road, just keep in mind the total duration of the workout is going to increase a little because you’ll be adding the time it takes to descend. In the perfect world, you would have a situation where you can leave the weight at the top (rocks, logs, or possibly sand/rocks you can dump out of your bucket at the top).
