Yancy Camp Workout 417
This time of year many have made resolutions to devote more time to fitness goals. There’s no doubt that committing to daily exercise will ultimately result in a body that’s in better physical condition and in our cases, a body that’s more prepared for tackling obstacles out on course. Working out every day for a few weeks with great determination to achieve your goals, then tapering off and falling prey to the roller coaster ride of life while letting your fitness goals be shoved to the side, will not get you in shape. Those few weeks of focus will not get it done. This also holds true to our relationships. I’m so happy to see people focused on fitness this time of year but today’s blog post is about relationships. They also take daily focus. Thirty minutes or more of intentional time serving your husband/wife, fiance/fiancee, boyfriend/girlfriend, kids, family members, friends in your network, etc will go a long way toward building rock solid relationships and friendships. If you find yourself having no problem making it to the gym to serve yourself (this is very important time by the way), while struggling to take time to serve and provide intentional love to your husband/wife or others listed above, you need to take time and shuffle your priorities/goals. Much love from Austin TX.

*For the weighted step-ups and thrusters, I want you using a heavy weight but not one that causes you to deviate from clean form.
