The goal with this strength session is to lift heavy while also making sure you’re able to complete the reps without sacrificing good form. This would be a good session to bookmark so you can easily come back to it once a week this off season and periodically during the season.
Back squat 4 x 4 w/1min rest in between each set.
Continue with 4 x 4 w/1min rest in between each set for the following lifts:
Dead lift
Power clean
Bench press
Seated cable row
Overhead press
Weighted pull-up
Bonus:
Run x 4min at low end aerobic effort
Walking lunges x 1min
Continue repeating for a total of 60min
*This can be completed inside or outside.
*If inside let’s go back and forth with 0% & 15% incline
