The first option is 100% indoors and I’ll provide an outdoor modification below.

15% incline x 10min at aerobic effort
15% incline w/heavy carry x 5min at tempo effort
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 20 – continue repeating 1/16, 1/12, 1/8, & 1/4
*Try to go unbroken without dropping from the bar. If you need to drop, keep rest as short as possible and get back on bar as soon as possible and finish.
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 4 rounds.

Outdoor version:
1st phase:
Run x 10min at aerobic effort (preferrably on trail if possible)
Heavy carry x 5min at tempo effort
*If on the trail, logs and/or rocks work great because you can leave them wherever you are when you finish each 5min carry.
*You can also set it up where you run 5min out & back followed by 2.5min out & back w/bucket and/or single or double sandbag carry (or switching every round).
2nd phase:
Burpees x 15
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 20 – continue repeating 1/16, 1/12, 1/8, & 1/4.
Continue repeating 2nd phase for a total of 4 rounds.
