Yancy Camp Workout 326

It’s been a long time since I’ve thrown this workout on the table. It’s mentally and physically very challenging but you’ll get through it! I really like how this workout challenges you mentally. You’ll be hating me! You’ll need 27 coins and a good attitude to make this happen. A 100yd (or 91m) field is the best place to get it done but it’s not required.

54/270 Workout:
At one end of the field (in the end zone is on a Football field) complete 5 strict form burpees
Run 100yd
Complete 5 stric form burpees in the other end zone
Run 100yd (this puts you back to where you started
Quickly move one of the coins from the coin pile and start a new pile
This completes 1 of the 27 rounds.

In total you’ll complete 5400yd (54 x 100) of running and 270 burpees.

Start and finish this workout with a 10min low end aerobic training zone run.

Bonus:
Farmer’s walk x 1min
Bucket step-ups x 10
10/100 for max reps (see video if you need instructions)
One arm sandbell or dumbbell snatch x 10 (5 each side)
Hip drives x 10
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 8 rounds.

*Hip drives – from push-up plank position, drive feet up to the outside of your hands (if possible) then drive feet back to starting position. This completes 1 rep.
*Aerobic training zone is appx 70-80% of max HR (hang around 70-75 for the 10min runs.
