2) pull-ups x 2.
3) burpee w/broad jump x 3.
4) burpees x 4.
5) push-ups x 5.
6) alt V-ups x 6.
7) sumo jumping jacks x 7.
8) split squat jumps x 8.
9) plank w/hip circles x 9.
10) mountain climbers x 10.
11) broad jumps x 11.
12) 12min run.
