Thank you all for teaming with Yancy Camp for your OCR fitness. We’re happy to announce that we’ve updated the website with a few things that we’re confident you’ll enjoy.
1) There is now a location for you to log your four test results and make them public or private. Anytime you re test you can log again so you can always track your progress from the website. *I’ll periodically add challenging tests so we’ll be able to get fun challenges going on between all members who decide to make their tests public.
2) There is now a box that allows you to key in a specific workout and quickly get there vs having to scroll through all the previous workout to get there. I know this was a pain in the butt and we’re super pumped about the new option. For example – the most recent workout is 117. By keying in 50, it’ll take you straight to 50 and you’ll see access to 49 & 51 on that same page. Key in 117 and it’ll take you back. We’re also in the process of building a “favorites” folder which will allow you to tag workouts and place them in you favorites.
3) We have launched an affiliate program. Anyone interested in promoting with Yancy Camp can now sign up as an affiliate. You’ll have access to banner ads for your social media posts. Anyone who selects your banner and signs up will be your client and you’ll receive a % of their monthly subscription fee for the life of their membership. *New members will also receive a free 10 pack of BeetElite when they sign-up.
4) We have launched our Acceleration/Speed/Power Program (ASP40). Coach and ASP40 programmer Chad Leath has trained some of the fastest athletes in the country & coached Division I Track Sprints/Hurdles for Northwestern State where he trained Justin Walker who had the fastest 100m time in the world for a significant portion of 2014. I have been providing providing sports performance training for the two time Texas State Champion Cedar Park Timberwolves High School Football team and will be assisting with programming. If you or your young sons/daughters are looking to improve acceleration, speed, and power, we’re confident we have a program that’ll help you. Want to improve your 40yd dash, 60yd dash, 100/200/400m sprints, improve your acceleration, speed, and power for sports such as Football, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Rugby, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Hockey, etc. join our program and let us help you be the best you can be.
