Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 2 rounds – Warm-up Demo
Walking one leg RDL’s x 20 (10 each leg) – Exercise Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot
Phase 2:
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Weighted burpees x 20 at max effort – Exercise Demo
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Weighted burpees x 20 at max effort
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Weighted burpees x 20 at max effort
Phase 3:
Lunge w/dumbbell or kettlebell farmer’s carry x 20 (10 each leg – recommended weight: men 50lb each hand & women 35lb each hand)
Farmer’s carry x 30sec
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating dropping lunge reps down to 18/16/14/12/10 for the final 5 founds.
*The goal is to complete all 6 rounds without having to drop the weight.
*If forced to drop, rest and shake out the grip x 30sec and continue.
