Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 2 rounds – Warm-up Demo
Walking one leg RDL’s x 20 (10 each leg) – Exercise Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2 (this week we’re increasing the running by 5min & scaling up the hand position change to shoulder taps – enjoy!):
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Clean to thruster x 15 (a bar, 2 dumbbells, or other weight implement will work – choose a weight that’s heavy but also allows you to complete the reps with good lifting mechanics)
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Clean to thruster x 15
Run x 15min at zone 3 effort
Clean to thruster x 15

Phase 3:
Static bar hang until forced to drop
Bear crawl x 50m or 50yd (5 down & back x 5)
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 4 rounds.
