Below you’ll find your mental conditioning pre-workout video.   Much love – Yancy

Now more than ever we need to dominate the day


Phase 1:
Versa Loop x 1 rounds – Demo
ABCD running mechanics warm-up x 4min – Demo
Finish w/3min of barefoot running on a controlled surface (athletic turf or park grass field) at C pace

Phase 2 (scale down  if necessary):
Run or bike x 5min at zone 2 effort
Rope or towel assisted pull-ups x 20 – Exercise Demo
Rope or towel row x 10 – Exercise Demo
Weighted or bodyweight step-ups x 20 (10 each leg) – Exercise Demo
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 8 rounds.

Phase 3 (grip blaster – exact repeat of last week):
Sandbell/bag or kettlebell side to side row x 80 (40 each side) – Exercise Demo
Rest x 1min
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating but drop reps down to 60/40/20 for remaining 3 rounds.

I designed DEKA Daily to be a base level standard of daily movement for the entire family. Like many of you our two kids are being home schooled, and as a coach/trainer, our kids are definitely getting more PE than they are used to getting while at school. The DEKA Daily is our start to the day. Everything else throughout the day is awesome bonus. Please share this with your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, community, etc. I designed it to be a workout you can do every day without getting in to any type of over training situation.
