Yancy Camp Workout 425
If you have access to a 50lb (guys) or 35lb (ladies), let’s get the 100 Slam Ball Challenge knocked out this week. You’ll find the details and scoreboard on the homepage of the website. It’s an epic challenge! I absolutely love slam ball work because it’s such a great full body strength training exercise that also hits the aerobic engine.
Don’t let your feet hit the floor a single time this week unless you’re ready to dominate the day.

Workout 425
Phase 1:
20min run or 15% incline at low end aerobic effort
Phase 2:
3min run at aerobic effort
Heavy farmer’s walk x 20sec
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 10 – continue 1/8, 1/6, 1/4, 1/2, & 1/1 or until you’re forced to drop.
Weighted step-ups x 20
This completes 1 round of Phase 2.
Continue repeating for a total of 6 rounds.
Phase 3:
Finish with 30min run at 15% incline or outside at low end aerobic effort. *15% recommended for this one if you have treadmill access.
*If possible, tie all three phases together.
