15% incline x 5min at aerobic training zone effort
Sandbell snatch to overhead throw x 10
Pull-up to toe to bar until forced to drop
Burpees x 10
15% incline x 5min at tempo effort
Repeat exercises
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds.

*A modification for sandbell snatch to overhead throw would be dumbbell deadlift to high pull x 10 (5 each side).
*A modification for Pull-up to toe to bar is lat pulldowns x 10 or assisted pull-ups x 10 immediately followed by leg lifts x 10.
*Aerobic training zone pace is appx 75-85% of max HR
*Tempo training zone is appx 85-90% of max HR
*Matt will be spending a lot more time at 15% for the remainder of the season.
