Several options for this workout:
Run x 7min at low end aerobic training zone effort
Bucket, sandbell/bag, or farmer’s hold (two dumbbells) step-ups x 20
Pull-ups x 10
Burpees x 20
This completes 1 round.
Continue for a total of 7 rounds.
2nd option:
Run x 7min at low end aerobic training zone effort
Perform exercises listed above
Climb at 15% or 30% x low end aerobic training zone effort
Perform exercises listed above
Continue repeating until you’ve completed 7 rounds.
Finish w/20min low end aerobic training effort run. *Ryan will finish w/40min run.
*Aerobic training zone effort is appx 70-80% of max HR.
*If you’re unable to do pull-ups, you can modify with heavy lat pulldown reps or assisted pull-ups.
