Yancy Camp Workout 274
I’m pumped up for this workout (there are two different options)! Enjoy it team…
Option 1:
Run (trail, road, or track) x 20min at low end aerobic training zone effort.
Tire or sled drag x 10min at low end aerobic training zone effort.
Burpee x 4 to pull-up x 2, to hang w/hip slaps x 4, continue repeating this burpee/pull-up/hip slap cycle x 8 sets.
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 2 rounds.
Option 2:
Treadmill at 15% or 30% incline x 20min at low end aerobic training zone effort.
Stairclimber (lunges if you don’t have access to a stairclimber) x 10min at low end aerobic training zone effort.
Burpee x 4 to pull-up x 2, to hang w/hip slaps x 4, continue repeating this burpee/pull-up/hip slap cycle x 8 sets.
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 2 rounds.
*Ryan will be going with 3 rounds.
*Aerobic training zone effort is appx 70-80% of max HR. Hang around 70-75% for the run/climb/sled/stairclimber/lunges sections of this workout.
*You can crank up the intensity on the burpee/pull-up/hip slap sections.
*If you choose Option 2, I prefer the stairclimber over the lunges for this workout.
