Yancy Camp Workout 226

60min run at low end aerobic training zone effort.

*Aerobic training zone effort is appx 70-80% of max HR.

2nd phase:
Burpees x 20
Split squat jumps x 20
Bar hang for max time
Push-ups x 20
Bar hang for max time
Rows x 20 (one arm sandbell rows, seated cable rows, Yancy Camp Mobile Grip Trainer rows, or TRX rows
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating but drop reps down to 18/16/14/12/10 for last 5 rounds.
*This workout includes 12 bar hang sessions. One of our goals over the next 4-5 months is to take our grip strength to a whole new level. I can promise you, the obstacles aren’t going to get any easier and we’re all going to develop grip strength that will ensure we continue to get better and better at conquering whatever the course designers throw at us!
