As you may have noticed, we added the YC Bear 10/100 Grip & Pull Test to your list of tests. When you have a change, get this test completed and logged in your testing log. Tests marked “public” gives you the opportunity to make the Scoreboards which you’ll find on the homepage of the website (you don’t have to be logged in to view the Scoreboards). We’ll soon have Male & Female boards vs the current overall boards. Have a great weekend team and enjoy the glute soreness the following day after this one.
