Warm-up w/10min low end aerobic training zone pace run
Aerobic training zone pace run x 6min
Bucket or sandbell step-ups x 20
Push-ups x 20
Kettlebell or dumbbell goblet squat to thruster x 10
Pull-ups x 10
Plank w/hip circles x 30
Burpees x 10
This completes 1 round. Continue repeating for a total of 6 rounds.
Cool down with 10min low end aerobic training zone pace run
*Tie both 10min runs to the front and back end of this workout without a break if possible to increase the total training time.
*You can replace the pull-ups with lat pulldowns (use a weight that’s as close to your bodyweight as possible but still allows you to complete all reps without break).
Bonus:
Treadmill at 15% incline fartlek x 30min
3.5min at low end aerobic training zone effort
1.5min at tempo effort.
Continue until you reach 30min.
