Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot
Phase 2:

You’ll need 27 markers (rocks, coins, legos, or whatever you have) and a 100yd field
5 weighted burpees
Run x 100yd (91 meters)
5 weighted burpees
Run x 100yd (back to starting point
Move 1 of your 27 markers to a “completed pile”
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating until you have completed 27 rounds and moved all markers to the completed pile.
When finished you will have completed 54 x 100yd runs and 270 weighted burpees. Enjoy!
Finish w/15min run at easy zone 2 effort
Finisher:
Pull-up x 1 to hand position change x 20 to pull-up x 1 to static hang x 20sec
Air Bike x x 15cal
Continue repeating for a total of 5 rounds,.
