20min aerobic training zone pace warm-up run

200m x 6 at appx 800m race pace w/90sec rest
300m x 1 at same pace

Burpee to pull-ups x 50 just shy of time trial pace.

Finish w/20min aerobic training zone pace run.
*Aerobic training zone pace is 75-85% of max HR or if going by feel, comfortably fast.

*Bonus workout:
Aerobic training zone pace run x 5min
Burpee to pull-ups x 10
Continue repeating for a total of 8 rounds.
