Phase 1:
Versa Loop & bodyweight warm-up x 1 round – Warm-up Demo
ABCD warm-up running x 4min – Instructional Demo
If & when possible, I want you doing your running warm-up barefoot

Phase 2:
Run x 2min at zone 2 effort
Burpee broad jump x 1min
Run x 3min at zone 2
Weighted ground to overhead x 90sec
Run x 4min at zone 2 effort
Burpee to pull-up x 2min
This completes 1 round.
Continue repeating for a total of 3 rounds.

Finish w/15% incline treadmill brisk walk or zone 2 effort run x 13min

Finisher:
Farmer’s carry x 30sec
Single arm dumbbell snatch x 14 (7 each arm – switching every rep)
Continue repeating dropping snatch rep count down to 12/10/8/6/4/2 for remaining 6 rounds.
