Test Time
If it’s been 3 months or longer since you’ve tested, I’d like for you to re-test this week. Make sure you complete the 15% x 15min for max distance and 2 mile/3200m time trial on different days and make sure you get a good warm-up in before completing the tests. Once complete, log them in your online “Log OCR Trial Results” folder. I’d love to hear about your improvements. Have a great week of training!
