Grip & Pull Strength Bonus Workout
Grip & pull strength bonus session for the week. This is a portion of a workout I have scheduled for the athletes this Friday:
Farmer’s walk x 60sec. *two sandbells or two weight plates is the best option but you can modify and carry two dumbells kettlebells.
Sandbell one arm snatch (see video in your OCR video library) x 60sec. *dumbbell deadlift to high pull can be used as a modification
Bar hang x 60sec
Burpee to pull-up x 60sec
Repeat all x 50sec/40sec/30sec.
*Attempt to tie all four rounds together without break.
