Workout:

30-60min easy run (zone 1-2) + Myrtle Hip Routine
*Go by feel and do what feels truly easy. We’re going to do a 2 week reset before slowly building into winter speedwork! If anything is bothering you, feel free to replace this with a hike, bike, or walk.
