Purpose: Low volume week.
Easy overall effort – 3-4/10 RPE.

Workout:
90min easy trail run
*Down week for long run. Run easy the whole time (Zone 1-2).

Effort Descriptions:
Shuffle jog/walk – Very Easy Zone 1. Breathing VERY easy and relaxed.
Easy – Zone 2. Breathing calm enough you could maintain normal conversation.

Scaling options:
Beginners/low volume athletes – 60min easy
Yancy OCR Athletes – Run as described.
