Yancy Camp Spartan RAM Burpee x 50 & Run (55lb for men & 33lb for women)
Rules: Start timer Complete Spartan RAM Burpees x 50 (55lb for men & 33lb for women) The moment you complete the 50th burpee, run as many meters as possible until the timer hits 10:00 minute mark Your score is the total number of meters you run before the timer reaches 10:00 minute mark. *If you don’t complete the 50 Spartan RAM Burpees within the 10 minute timeframe, your score is 0. *During this semi-final round of entries, video is not required. *The top 5 entries will proceed to the finals where video will be required. *In the finals, if one of the top 5 entries chooses not to submit a score, the 6th place (and possibly deeper in the standings) semi-final competitor will be able to submit their video. *If you think you’ll make the finals, and you don’t want to do it twice, make sure you video your first effort so you’ll have it for the final round if you quality. *The gold standard is 1609 meters (1 MILE). *The male & female winner will receive a free Spartan RAM of their choice. *Burpee movement standards: Chest must touch the RAM, RAM must be pressed above the head enough to where space can be seen between the bottom of the RAM and the top of the head, and the competitor shall be standing upright with hip/knee extension when the RAM is pressed above head.
