The session:
15% incline x 2min at strong zone 4 effort
Dual dumbbell burpee x 30sec
This completes 1 round
Continue repeating for a total 10 rounds

Finish with 15% incline x 15min run at zone 2 effort.

Finisher:
Barbell Thruster x 45sec
Wall ball x 45sec
Pull-up to hand position change x 20 to static hold until reaching 45
Rest x 45sec
Continue repeating for a total of 6 rounds.
