Burpee broad jump x 10
Walking lunge x 1min to split squat jump x 10sec
This completes 1 round
Continue repeating for a total 7 rounds
Score = distance covered (let’s go for MAX distance)

Finish with 10min run at zone 2 effort.

Finisher:
Barbell Thruster x 30sec
Dual dumbbell burpee x 30sec
Pull-up to static hang x 20sec to pull-up
Rest x 1min
Continue repeating for a total of 7 rounds.
